Requirements of the board, committee members, trustees and responsible persons

The Corporations Act 2001 (Cth), Associations Incorporation Act 1981 (Qld) and the Australian Charities and Not-for-Profits Commission Act 2012 (Cth) set out certain criteria and obligations which a person must fulfil if they are to be eligible for holding such a position within a charity or not-for-profit.
