Nathan Rieck
Nathan Rieck leads the firm’s not-for-profit, commercial and property divisions. Motivated by the desire to support his clients to make their vision and vocation a reality, he has a profound ability to see beyond the technical and structural elements of a corporate, not-for-profit or commercial arrangement and translate that into advice about its practical consequences. This allows him to give clear and commonsense, yet comprehensive, advice and prepare practical and accessible documents.
As a Queensland Law Society Accredited Specialist, Nathan is recognised as a leader in his field. His training in commerce gives him the ability to interrogate the books of a business and give practical insight about the legal and administrative consequences of the decisions to be made when structuring an organisation. He has practical experience in governance and has acted as trusted advisor to a diverse range of different organisations with varying structural, compliance and social needs.
