Ben Maxwell
Ben is a keen and thoughtful problem solver, aiming to deliver the best outcomes for his clients while supporting them along the journey. Since joining the firm, he has developed experience and expertise dealing with complex insolvency matters, corporate oppression litigation, complex charitable trusts, charity structuring and restructuring and employment disputes.
Ben’s background includes wide ranging experience in Public Policy, Community Engagement and Community Legal backgrounds. He worked for many years at The Salvation Army, as an Advisor for two Parliamentarians, and as a volunteer Solicitor at Southport Community Legal Service (Vic). These diverse experiences shape his unique and relational approach with clients and ability to negotiate ‘win-win’ outcomes.
